Profile
Your profile page shows your account information and settings.
Account Identifier
Your account is identified by a unique generated phrase (e.g., happy-adorable-crab). On the profile page:
- The identifier is shown in a masked format (e.g.,
happy****crab) by default - Click the toggle to reveal the full identifier
- This is your login credential — keep it private
Lost your identifier?
If you lose your account identifier and have a payment history, contact support with your transaction details (wallet address, transaction ID, or payment date) to recover your account.
Settings
Timezone
Select your timezone from the dropdown. All dates and times throughout the platform will be displayed in your selected timezone.
Language
Choose from 8 available languages. The interface and labels will be translated to your selected language.
What's NOT Available
- No email address field (accounts don't use email)
- No password (accounts use the identifier only)
- No currency preference (amounts are shown in tokens/credits with USD conversion)
- No notification settings (alerts are configured on the Member Alerts page)
