Managing Your Subscription

Subscription

Checking Status​

View your current subscription status from the Subscription page in your account menu:

  • Plan — Current tier (Free Plus, Simple Plus, or Studio Plus)
  • Status — Active or expired
  • Expiry date — When your current subscription ends
  • Days remaining — How many days left

Renewing​

Renewal depends on the payment method:

  • Stripe card: renews automatically for the selected monthly or yearly period until canceled in the Stripe customer portal
  • Crypto and SBP: fixed-period payments that do not auto-renew

For crypto or SBP renewal, manually purchase a new subscription period before or after your current one expires:

  1. Go to the Subscription page
  2. Select your desired plan and period
  3. Complete payment
  4. The new period is added to your remaining time (if renewing before expiry) or starts immediately (if expired)

Upgrading​

You can switch between Simple Plus and Studio Plus at any time. When you change plans, your remaining subscription time is recalculated:

  1. The USD value of your remaining days on the current plan is calculated
  2. This value is applied as credit toward the new plan
  3. A new expiration date is set based on the new plan's daily rate

Upgrading (Simple → Studio): Your remaining time shortens because Studio Plus costs more per day, but you gain immediate access to API and webhooks.

Downgrading (Studio → Simple): Your remaining time extends because Simple Plus costs less per day.

Expiration​

When a non-recurring paid subscription expires, or when a canceled Stripe subscription reaches the end of its paid period, your account automatically reverts to the Free Plus tier. You retain:

  • Your account and login
  • Your favorites and lists
  • Your settings

You lose access to:

  • Historical data beyond 7 days
  • Premium features (cohort analysis, live dashboard, etc.)
  • Tip history and member profiles
  • API tokens and webhooks (Studio Plus)

Payment History​

View all past transactions from the Payment History page in your account menu. Each entry shows:

  • Date
  • Amount paid
  • Plan purchased
  • Period length
  • Payment method
