Available Payment Methods​

Statbate Plus currently supports these payment options:

  • Credit or debit card through Stripe for most international customers
  • Crypto for on-chain payments
  • SBP transfer for Russian users

The exact options shown in checkout can vary based on availability.

Card Payments​

For most international users, the easiest option is Credit or debit card.

  • Card checkout is hosted by Stripe
  • Card subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or yearly period
  • Billing details, saved payment methods, invoices, and cancellation are managed through Stripe's customer portal
  • Some card issuers, issuing countries, prepaid cards, exchange cards, and fintech cards can still be declined

If your card is declined, try another bank-issued card first. If that still fails, use Crypto as a fallback.

Russia-Specific Methods​

For users in Russia, checkout may also show SBP transfer.

Russian bank card checkout is currently unavailable. There is no ETA for restoration.

SBP is intended for Russian payment flows and is the recommended Russia-specific method while it is available.

Cryptocurrency​

Crypto remains available for users who prefer on-chain payments. Supported coins include:

  • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • Ethereum (ETH)
  • USDT (TRC20, ERC20)
  • Litecoin (LTC)
  • And many others

Crypto payments are processed automatically. Your subscription activates once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

Subscription Activation​

After payment:

  1. Choose the plan and subscription period
  2. Complete checkout with your preferred payment method
  3. Wait for payment confirmation
  4. Your subscription activates automatically

Payment Security​

  • Card checkout is hosted by Stripe
  • SBP transfer uses a secure hosted checkout page
  • Statbate does not store your full card credentials
  • Crypto payments are handled through a third-party payment provider
  • International users: try Card first, then Crypto if your card is declined
  • Russian users: use SBP transfer
  • Users who prefer on-chain payments: use Crypto
