What payment methods are accepted?​

Statbate Plus currently accepts Credit or debit card, Crypto, and SBP transfer.

  • Credit or debit card is processed by Stripe and is the main option for most international users
  • Crypto remains available for users who prefer on-chain payments
  • SBP transfer is intended for Russian payment flows
  • Russian bank card checkout is currently unavailable

If your card is declined, try another bank-issued card or use crypto as a fallback.

Why was my international card declined?​

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Some issuing banks, countries, prepaid cards, exchange-issued cards, and fintech cards can still be declined by the payment provider.

If that happens:

  1. Try another bank-issued card
  2. Use crypto as a fallback if another card is not available

Is there auto-renewal?​

Stripe card subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or yearly period until canceled in the Stripe customer portal.

Crypto and SBP purchases are fixed-period payments. When the paid period ends, you need to manually purchase another period if you want to extend access.

What happens when my subscription expires?​

Your account reverts to the Free Plus tier. You keep your account, favorites, and settings, but lose access to premium features and historical data beyond 7 days.

Can I get a refund?​

You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and requests can be declined in cases of abuse, fraud, or substantial use of paid features before the refund request.

Can I use promo codes?​

Yes. Enter a promo code on the payment page during checkout. Promo codes provide discounts on subscription purchases.

Can I upgrade from Simple Plus to Studio Plus?​

Yes. When you purchase a higher-tier plan, your remaining Simple Plus time is converted and added to the new plan. The system calculates the USD value of your remaining days and applies it as credit toward the Studio Plus subscription, then sets a new expiration date accordingly.

For example, if you have 15 days left on Simple Plus (~$10 value), that credit is applied to the Studio Plus rate, and your new expiration date reflects the combined time.

Can I downgrade from Studio Plus to Simple Plus?​

Yes, the same recalculation works in reverse. Your remaining Studio Plus time is converted to its USD value and applied at the Simple Plus rate, extending your expiration date since the lower plan costs less per day.

Is my payment information stored?​

No. Payments are handled through secure third-party payment providers. Statbate does not store your full payment credentials.
