I lost my account identifier
If you have a payment history, you can recover your account by contacting support with your transaction details — such as a wallet address, transaction ID, or payment date. Support will use this to verify your identity and provide your account identifier.
If you have never made a payment, there is no way to recover a Free Plus account since there is no identifying information tied to it.
Prevention: Store your identifier in a password manager or write it down in a secure location immediately after registration.
My subscription payment didn't go through
- Ensure the transaction was confirmed on the blockchain. Unconfirmed transactions may take time to process.
If the payment was confirmed but your subscription didn't activate, contact support with your transaction details.
Data seems stale or missing
- Ensure you're looking at the correct platform and date range
- Check if there was a known collector outage
- Remember that Free Plus only shows 7 days of data
Brief data gaps can occur during collector restarts or platform maintenance. Data collection resumes automatically.
I can't see chat messages for a platform
Chat messages are available for all six platforms, but collection started at different times:
- Chaturbate: July 2024
- Stripchat/MyFreeCams: December 2024
- BongaCams/CamSoda: August 2025
- LiveJasmin: February 2026
Messages before these dates do not exist.
A model is missing from the database
Statbate monitors rooms with active viewers. If a model had very low traffic when streaming, they may not have been captured. Models appear in the database when they first receive a tip or message while being monitored.
The free site (statbate.com) shows different numbers than Plus
The free site shows current month data with 30-60 minute caching. Plus queries the database directly with minimal caching. Small discrepancies are expected due to this difference.
